FAQ

What does this do?: It gets an image from from a URL, and saves it here, and gives you a URL to the saved copy.
How do I get a username/password to use this?: Use of this tool is currently by invitation only, if you are one of the people that are supposed to be using it, you'll know.
Can I upload directly to here?: Yes, you can now.
How can I upload from an iPhone?: Install any of the many FTP apps, use FTP
How do I use FTP?: Login via FTP (SFTP is not supported, just plain old insecure FTP) and upload the files. Files uploaded to the /pub directory will be published in the main feed.
What is the username and password for FTP?: If you're supposed to know, then you already do.
What's in it for you?: I get to see all the shit that people upload.
Can I control what the file gets named?: Sort of. You can't really pick your file name, but if you enter something in the hash key field, the file name will be computed based only on that.
Can I control who can see the file I mirror?: Only by marking the file "members only". That will restrict it to people who have the same level of access that you do. You still cannot control which individuals can see it.
Can I delete files?: No
Don't you realize I can just keep submitting things until your disk space is used up? Denial of service, LOL!: Yes. If you do that, you will be that idiot who ruined it for everyone.
Don't you realize I can post images that are actually trojans and viruses and shit, and convince people download them and rename them to EXE files and run them?!: See above.
How are aliases (aka short file names) computed?: Don't worry your pretty little head about it. Except when the method fucks up and gives you the wrong alias, in which case do worry about it.
